Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior of PDAM Tirta Sembada employees, Sleman Regency. The population of this study is the permanent employees of PDAM Tirta Sembada, Sleman Regency as many as 191 employees. The sampling technique used was Non-Probability Sampling with Purposive Sampling. In determining the number of samples, researchers used the Slovin formula, so the sample used was 130 respondents. The analytical method used is the multiple linear regression method, t test, F test and coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS 26.0 Software Program for Windows. The results showed that organizational commitment had no effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and simultaneously organizational commitment, job satisfaction and transformational leadership had an effect on organizational citizenship behavior
