Abstract
This study aims to analyze the differences, permanent employees and contract employees. The study was conducted at BPR Bank Daerah Gunungkidul using employees as respondents of the study. The type of research used in this research is survey research. Technique analysis of data used is the normality test, homogeneity test, and independent sample t-test using SPSS program version 25. Research showed there are significant differences between permanent employees and contract employees on BPR Bank Daerah Gunungkidul
