Abstract

This research is aimed to find out and to analyse the influence of recruitment, selection dan training to the performance of PT Stechoq Robotika Indonesia. The population of this research is 37 employees at PT Stechoq Robotika Indonesia. The data analysis technique has been carried out by using multiple linear regression analysis. Meanwhile, the hypothesist test has been conducted by using Goodness Of Fit has been done by using F test shows that the independent variables of recruitment (X1), selection (X2) and training (X3) give positif and significant influence to the performance (Y) is 0.000 < 0.05. it has been found from the partial influence test with t test shows that significance level of recruitment (X1) is 0.023 <0.05, the significance level selection (X2) is 0.042 < 0.05 and the significance level training is 0.001 < 0.05. based on the result of these calculation, it can be concluded that partially recruitment (X1), selection(X2) and training (X3) give positif and significance influence to the performance (Y).
