Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product innovation, and trust on Gojek user loyalty in Yogyakarta. The data collection method uses a questionnaire distributed through Google Form. The population of this study is all consumers who have used Gojek services in Yogyakarta. Sampling was carried out using the Non-Probability Sampling Technique with the Purposive Sampling Technique. The number of samples is 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that service quality, product innovation, and trust have a positive and significant effect on Gojek user loyalty in Yogyakarta.
