Abstract

financial distress. As for financial distress using the Altman Z-Score. The population of this study uses all cosmetic and household goods sub-sektor companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2020. The sample of this research used purposive sampling technique. The data used in this study is secondary data sourced from the company's annual financial statements using logistik regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that profitability has an insignificant negative effect on financial distress, liquidity has a significant negative effect on financial distress, and leverage has an insignificant negative effect on financial distress.
