Abstract
This study aims to determine (1) the effect of workload on work-life balance, (2) the effect of work involvement on work-life balance, (3) the effect of supervisor support on work-life balance. This research was conducted in February 2021 by distributing questionnaires through an online method to workers throughout Indonesia. The sample in this study is workers who are married, permanent workers, and have worked in organizations for at least one year. The sample taken was 115 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Multiple regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis of this study. The results of this study indicate that workload has a negative and significant effect on work-life balance, work involvement has a negative and significant effect on work-life balance, and supervisor support has a positive and significant effect on work-life balance.
