Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, price, and promotion on customer satisfaction PT. Provices Indonesia on Property Management Services. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling techniques with 85 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics 22 Program. The results of the study Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of PT. Provices Indonesia in Property Management Services, Price has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of PT. Provices Indonesia in Property Management Services, promotion has no effect on Customer Satisfaction of PT. Provices Indonesia in Property Management Services.
