Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product knowledge, religiosity, and halal awareness on consumer purchasing decisions for Sushi Go in Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative method, with the number of samples used as many as 129 respondents. The data collection technique used in this study is to questionnaires, while for data processing using the SPSS 25 program. The analysis methods used include validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that product knowledge, religiosity, and halal awareness have a positive effect on purchasing decisions.
