Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Work Discipline, Job Promotion, and Non-Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Sleman Regency Education and Training Personnel Agency. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees at the Sleman BKPP office totaling 60 samples. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing in this study uses the t-test with a significance level of 5%. In addition, a goodness of fit test, a basic assumption test, namely the normality test, and a classical assumption test including the multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and coefficient of determination test were also carried out. Based on the results of the study using the t-test, it can be seen that the variables of work discipline and non-physical work environment have a positive effect on employee performance at the Sleman Regency BKPP, and job promotion has a negative effect on employee performance at the Sleman Regency BKPP. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination value of the results of this study is 0.568 (56.8%). This result shows that work discipline, job promotion, and non-physical work environment have an influence of 56.8% on employee performance variables, while the remaining 43.2% is explained by other variables not included in this study.
