Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of organizational climate, learning orientation, and self-efficacy on innovative work behavior among Ros-In Hotel Yogyakarta employees. This research uses the Non Probability Sampling method with Saturated Sampling which can help researchers in determining the research sample. This research used a sample of 40 respondents. The method used in this research is the multiple linear regression analysis method, f test, t test, and coefficient of determination test. The data used in this research is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. This research data was processed using SPSS software. The results of this research show that: (1) organizational climate has no influence on the innovative work behavior of Ros-In Hotel Yogyakarta Yogyakarta employees, (2) learning orientation has a positive and significant influence on the innovative work behavior of Ros-In Hotel Yogyakarta employees, and (3) self-efficacy has a positive and significant influence on the innovative work behavior of Ros-In Hotel Yogyakarta employees
