Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and perceived organizational support (POS) on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in Pamella 7 Supermarket Yogyakarta employees. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26.0 for Windows software. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire given directly to respondents. The sampling method used is Non Probabilty sampling using saturated samples and the sample used is 80 respondents. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). While job satisfaction and perceived organizational support (POS) have a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).
