Abstract
This study aims to analyze the Effect of Job Rotation, Workload and Organizational Culture on Employee Turnover Intention of the Social Security Organizing Agency (BPJS) Employment Case Study on BPJS Employment in Yogyakarta Region. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with the type of puposive sampling, with certain considerations, namely organic employees of BPJS Employment in the Yogyakarta Region with a working period of more than 5 years and have done a job rotation at least 1 time. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 43 respondents. The data analysis used included instrument tests consisting of validity and reliability tests. In addition to instrument tests, the analysis used is data normality tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests and multiple linear regression using the SPSS 26.0 for windows program. The results showed that job rotation had a significant negative effect on turnover intention. Workload has a significant positive effect on turnover intention. Organizational culture has no effect on turnover intention. The adjusted R² value of 0.475 or 47.5%, meaning that 47.5% of the turnover intention variable can be explained by independent variables, namely job rotation, workload and organizational culture in Employees of the Social Security Organizing Agency (BPJS) Employment Case Study on BPJS Employment in Yogyakarta Region. The remaining 52.5% was explained by other variables not included in the study.
