Abstract
The development of companies in this era of globalization is experiencing very tight competition. Companies must be able to empower their employees to achieve company success. Employees who cannot optimize their potential and feel that they are not valued at work tend to experience high levels of stress and frustration. Therefore, retaining existing employees is important. Employee retention is a company's effort to retain employees to remain in the organization in order to achieve the organization's goals within a certain period of time. This research aims to analyze the influence of training, compensation, and job satisfaction on employee retention at PT. Wahana Ritelindo Yogyakarta. It employs a quantitative research approach through a survey method. Data were gathered using a questionnaire with a sample of 60 employees. Multiple Linear Regression was used for data analysis. The findings indicate that training does not have a significant influence on employee retention at PT. Wahana Ritelindo Yogyakarta. Compensation also does not significantly affect employee retention at PT. Wahana Ritelindo Yogyakarta. However, job satisfaction significantly influences employee retention at PT. Wahana Ritelindo Yogyakarta.
