Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of website quality on purchasing decisions on the Traveloka application with e-trust as an intervening variable. This type of research is quantitative research with a causal survey method. The population in this study are all people in Yogyakarta who have purchased Traveloka service products through the mobile application. Sampling was carried out using non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method, with a sample size of 110 people. The survey in this study was conducted by distributing questionnaires via Google Forms. The results of this study were analyzed using PROCESS Macro v4.3 by SPSS v26. The results showed that the website quality variable had a significant effect on e-trust, website quality had a significant effect on purchasing decisions on the Traveloka application, e-trust had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions on the Traveloka application, and the e-trust variable was able to mediate the effect of website quality on purchasing decisions on the Traveloka application.
