Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality, price, an promotion on consumer purchase decision in the Traveloka application. The data collection method used a question are distributed via google form. The population of this study is a people in Indonesia who have accessed in the Traveloka application. Sampling was done using Non-Probability Sampling with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples is 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that e-service quality, price and promotion have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase decision in the Traveloka application.
