Abstract
Human resources in a company should be managed properly in order its aptitudes and skills can be useful as a whole, maximally, and on target. One way is by paying attention to the performance of employees. Performance management in order to performance process can run properly, should concentrate on several importance factors including motivation, work discipline and work environment. The purpose of this study was to determine whether motivation, work discipline, and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT LPP Agro Nusantara Yogyakarta. Sampling was carried out by using non-probability techniques with the census method. The sample in this study was all permanent employees of PT LPP Agro Nusantara Yogyakarta, totaling 80 people. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that motivation had no impact to the performance of PT LPP Agro Nusantara Yogyakarta employees. Work discipline had a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees of PT LPP Agro Nusantara Yogyakarta. The work environment had no effect on the performance of employees of PT LPP Agro Nusantara Yogyakarta. Variables of motivation, work discipline, work environment contributed to the impact of employee performance by 14,6%, while the remaining 85,6% was explained by other variables not included in the study.
