Abstract
Human resources in the company need to be managed professionally in order to achieve a balance between the needs of employees and the demands and capabilities of the organization. This balance is the main key for the company to be able to develop productively. The development of the company's business and organization is very dependent on the productivity of the workforce in the company. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work stress, work discipline, job satisfaction partially on the work productivity of PT Anindya Mitra Internasional (AMI) employees. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study is non-probability sampling using the saturated sample method, namely the sampling technique when all members are used as samples. The number of samples in this study 80 respondents, namely all employees of PT Anindya Mitra Internasional Yogyakarta. The data analysis technique used is instrument test, basic assumption test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test with the help of SPSS for window version 22.0 program. The results of this study are partially negative and not significant work stress on employee work productivity, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity.
