Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparison of job satisfaction of state civil servants (ASN) and freelance daily workers (THL) at the library and archive service of Gunungkidul Regency. The sample in this study were all ASN employees and THL employees at the Gunungkidul Regency Library and Archives Service. The sampling technique used is the census technique with a total of 45 respondents. Data analysis used Independent Sample T test analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 24 Program. The results showed that there was a significant difference in job satisfaction between ASN employees and THL employees.
