Abstract
Human resources are important assets in an organization or company to achieve its goals. The high level of turnover intention is now a serious problem for companies, because it has an impact on recruitment costs, training costs and other costs that become useless.The purpose of this study was to determine the ef ect of work stress, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction both partially and simultaneously on turnover intention on the employees of CV Sinar Sengon Sejahtera Temanggung This study uses a quantitative approach. Samples were taken by using a non probability sampling technique using purposive sampling method. The number of samples used in this study was 80 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the instrument test, basic assumption test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coef icient of determination.The results of this study are partially positive and not significant job stress, organizational commitment has a negative and significant ef ect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a negative and not significant ef ect on turnover intention while simultaneously job stress, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction have an ef ect on turnover intention.
