Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job insecurity, organizational commitment and perceived organizational support on OCB in honorary employees BKAD Gunungkidul Regency. The independent variables in this study were job insecurity, organizational commitment and perceived organizational support while the dependent variable is organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The population in this study was honorary employees of BKAD Guungkidul. Sampling uses saturated sampling technique. The number of samples used in this study was 42 respondents. Data collection techniques are carried out using questionnaires given directly to respondents. This is multiple linear regression, which was processed using SPSS version 25. The results showed that job insecurity (X1) has a significant negative effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), organizational commitment (X2) has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and perceived organizaional support (X3) has a not significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).
