Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of e-service quality which consists of seven dimensions (efficiency, reliability, fulfillment, privacy, responsiveness, compensation, and contact) on the user satisfaction of the OLX Mobile application in Yogyakarta. The Study was conducted on 110 respondents of OLX Mobile users who have tansacted using OLX Mobile at last once. The result showed that from the seven dimensions, namely fulfillment efficiency, responsiveness , and conact which proved to have a partial positive effect on OLX Mobile user satisfaction. The privacy dimension has a negative influence, while the dimensions of reliability and compensation are no proven to have an influence on user satisfaction. Simultaneously, the seven dimnsion have an influence on the satisfaction of OLX mobile users by 68,4%.
