Abstract
This research purposed to analyse the effect of person-organization fit toward organizational citizenship behavior, person-job fit toward organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational commitment toward organizational citizenship behavior. The samples in this research were 105 employees in the Indonesian public sector with a minimum period of working in the organization for one year. The method used to collect the data in this research was questionnaire that was spread by online through Google Forms with the purposive sampling of the sample retrieval technique. The analysis techniques used in this research were validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, and determination coefficient test. The data analysis was done using the IBM SPSS statistics 25. The results of this study indicated that person-organization fit had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, person-job fit had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.
