Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of promotion, customer trust, and service quality on customer loyalty in shopping using the Shopee application. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling techniques with a total of 122 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics 22 Program. The results showed that Promotion has’nt effect on Customer Loyalty in shopping using the Shopee Application, Customer Trust has’nt effect on Customer Loyalty in shopping using the Shopee Application, and Service Quality has a effect on Customer Loyalty in shopping using the Shopee Application.
