Abstract

Bankers try to win from competition by cost reduction and increased flexibility. Strategic actions did by bankers were hired permanent employees and contract employees for cost reduction and increased flexibility. Thisstudy aimstoanalyze the differences performance, permanent employees and contract employees. The study was conducted at BPR Bank Daerah Gunungkidul . The respondents were all of BPR Bank Daerah Gunungkidul’s employee. The typ of research is survey research. Data were collected by quesionary as instrument. Validity and reliability test were conducted for all of instruments. All of instruments were valid and reliable. Asumption test was conducted for normality and homogenity variansof data. Results of asumption test were the data were normal and homogen. Independent sample t-test was used to test the hypothesis. This study used usingSPSS program version 25 for data analysis. Research showed there are significant differences performance between permanent employees and contract employees on BPR Bank Daerah Gunungkidul.
