Abstract
Human resources in the organization need good management by making various programs / conditions. This needs to be done to maintain a balance between the needs of the organization with the needs of employees. Education, training, and work environment are believed to be an organizational program in improving performance. Based on this, this study aims to examine the effect of education, training and work environment on employee performance. This research was conducted on 50 employees of PT KAI Regional Operation VI Yogyakarta using quota sampling technique. The results showed that education and training did not affect the performance of PT KAI's employees. The work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Therefore, PT KAI is expected to be able to improve their work environment facilities to improve employee performance.
