Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of training, organizational culture and work conflict partially on employee performance. Today's business competition drives organizations to improve the performance of their members. Good performance will increase organizational effectiveness and productivity. This research used quantitative methods with the data collection techniques through questionnaires and supported by secondary data. The data analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indivate that training, organizational culture and work conflict has a significant effect partially on the performance of employee in PD BPR Bank Sleman. The results showed that employee performance can be explained by training, organizational culture and work conflict by 56,8%, and the rest is influenced by other factors that have not been captured in this study.
